SuperChain is an operator-maintained, append-only ledger run by [set LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME]. It records that certain events in the SuperFile registry happened (a name reserved, an extension registered or transferred, an agreement executed) as hashes, addresses and timestamps. It is not a public blockchain, not decentralised, and not a court, notary or registrar of title.

Every page, summary, API response and "record summary" is provided as is, without warranty of any kind — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a purpose, non-infringement or title. A record shows what the operator's ledger holds; it does not establish ownership, priority, authorship or validity of anything. Nothing on this site is legal advice or a notarial act. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision.

Block seals, transaction hashes and the signed head can be recomputed by anyone from the data the site publishes (see /verify and /api/proof/<tx>). Bitcoin anchoring depends on third-party OpenTimestamps calendars and Bitcoin confirmation; a record's anchor line says "pending" until a covering checkpoint is attested. The independent witness is a separate GitHub project and is not operated as a service to you.

You may read, link to and verify records. You may not: scrape the site to rebuild a directory of people; attempt to de-pseudonymise addresses; probe, overload or interfere with the service or its database; or present a record summary as a certificate, licence or official document. The read API is rate-limited at our discretion.

The ledger is designed so that personal values can be erased while the hash chain survives. How to request erasure, and what cannot be erased, is in the privacy notice.

The site runs on Vercel and Supabase; anchoring uses public OpenTimestamps calendar servers and the Bitcoin network; the witness log lives on GitHub. Their terms apply to their services. Model, product and company names of third parties are the marks of their owners.

We may change the site, these terms or the ledger's public surface at any time; the revised date above moves when we do. We may suspend access to anyone who breaches these terms. Sealed records are not removed by suspension.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [set LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on a record, a summary, an anchor status or an API response. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is nothing.
